If you use hard earned money to buy things then’Do Not’ go to this website. I have a very bad personal experience and couple of my friends who were duped in various ways. After seeing an ad on’Times of India’, Bangalore edition, I ordered a Blackberry Storm. I get the product and I was surprised to find that it was USED(And by the looks of it at least 1 yr). First off, it was’nt charging. Contacted their customer service and after at least 5 calls they told me to send it back. It was a challenge even to get their return shipping address, since it not the same as the place of origin. I got confirmation via the courier service that it was delivered. But they took 2 weeks to confirm that they recvd it. Finally after assuring me that they would send me a new piece, they sent me the same phone after repairing it. Had I know that it was used, I would not have bought it. Now The customer service guys cannot even understand English.
They’re simply trying to get rid of exchanged, broken, unsold, defective items on their website. Others have similar experiences. Dont ever buy from them. They do not even deserve the 1 star I gave them above.
