Naaptol is the worst Online Shopping portal. They send you second hand local products that do not last for long. A few years back I had ordered a mobile phone and they sent me the phone but it the touch screen stopped working after only a few days.
Was very disappointed with the product and there was nobody there to take our complaints and replace the product.
