Worst online website. Cheaters, Frauds

I ordered a specific item and they delivered it a different item. They told me to return back and promised to replace in 7-10 working days. Now 2 months have passed, they are still saying we will return in 7-10 working days. They dont have customer care- they have parrots..who speak few words and standard answer. I sent the item on 22nd March and they recd on 24th Mar but they recorded only on 9th April. Then, they said we will dispatch in 7-10 days..nothing happened.


They also promise that our customer head will call back but as usual no call backs till now. If your tone is a bit high they disconnect the phone. Can we have a third party online redressal forum which takes up such issues? Can Mouthshut take this initiative and fight for consumer issues. If a particular number of complaints are not closed, govt should just ban them from taking further orders.


They are just blowing VC money and least bothered about business. Lets blacklist this site across all forums or prepare a strong physical protest on any day infront of their office..only then they will understand consumer power. It will also teach other websites to take complaints seriously if they havent till now.
