I wanted to share my experience of naaptal with you.i bought a calling tab from naaptol, it was show in television that it is a calling tab with 1000 movies + the ram is too high but when I got it delivered at my home I found that this wasnt a calling tab it was a defected piece.i did a call to the naaptol customer care number and they said that you will be refunded or your order will be replaced I said them to refund me they said you will be refunded soon . I wated for 3days but there wasn’t anything refunded in my account . I agaon called them and asked for refund but they replied that your order will be replaced but cannot be refunded, I said I will complain in court after some time I got a message that my amount has been refunded.
