Bad bad bad

I never seen such a big bad shopping website like naaptol.com I purchased a indiction cooker here which is 3k I get my product after 15 days and it is working not I called customer care of naaptol they feel sorry to their product and nothing as what can I do for thier soory I want my 3k back . After all this they dont support any service I regret myself to shop with this site.
