I have recently purchased a Roti maker from naaptol which was almost 2000 rupees. I have paid through my net banking. They have given the description as genuine Roti maker. I have ordered it and I have received very late. Very much delay in delivery.
Once after receiving the product Packing was poor but It looks good quality was not that much good. I used it for 3 days and It was not working on the third day. I tried to repair it but it is under warranty so I just informed the customer care of naaptol. They will respond after long time. The are very reckless towards customer’s. Finally I informed about the product. They asked me to return my self and than after receiving the product they will refund me. I have returned with my courier charges. Even after one month they never refunded me. Again I contacted them they claimed my refund. Finally I received my Refund after one month. It is worst online website. Never shop from this website. They will sell always duplicate goods.
