I have purchased projector from naaptol nearly 5 months ago. I have seen its advertisement on television and I call them and order. First of all it take a lot of time to ship. When product arrived and I opened the product it was not that which I order which was of any other brand. When I call them again they said that price of both projectors are same and both projectors have same quality but I want only that product which I ordered. Then I tell them to replace or cancel my order they refused and cut the call. Please anyone do not purchase any product from this website, this website is really fake. Customer service is also very bad and along with projector rs 250 gift voucher also came which was also not applying. So please do not buy. There is no benefit for workers in this company. They are paid less wages and there is no career growth in this field.
