I am a big fan of online shopping since 3 years. I always prefer online shopping instead of local retail counter shopping. And I have experienced almost with each and every online shopping site.
After 3 years of experience I found naaptol the most worst than any of the shopping site. They use to advertise on the tv to fool people by misguiding. Never ever trust their anchors. They will give u the cheapest quality product. Even not original.
Recently I ordered bedsheet of bombay dyeing from their online site. It took 9 days to reach. But thats not the issue. Issue was that I waited 9 days for a very low quality and not even original bombay dyeing bedsheet. The quality of the bed sheet was very low. The colour faded in just 3 wash. I m sure it was not a genuine product. When I wrote email to the customer support. They r not even replying to my emails.
I would recommend not to trust this fraud naaptol.com . Better to go with amazon , flipkart and snapdeal. They r trustworthy. But I love amazon. They never compromise with the quality and give faster delivery.
