Well I bought a chinese mobile from this naptol company after saw a advertisment on TV. Well they promise that they have 1 year warranty for this mobile.
Mobiles looks very good with a smal price. They also a provide a mini home theater 3.0 with this mobile worth Rs1200. So I order it worth very excitement. Well delivery was very slow. They delivered in 15 days. When I opened the packet I saw that the mobile is not as that which they shown on TV show.
Well mobile is not working properly. It ok for me. I shocked that their is no any home theatre in the packet. I called to the customer care they said their was no any offer like that. I told why you cheated peoples like fools. I see the offer with my eyes. So I ordered it. But dont listen any thing. I think naaptol is a big fraud. They cheat like you can not think.
