Worst Customer Support and Delivery time

I had placed an order with NAAPTOL around 9 days ago. I called them 2 days back and they told me that they are about to dispatch my product and it would be delivered within 2 days. Now I called in after 3 days and they are still saying that the Order is ready to dispatch. I told them to cancel my order and they are saying we can’t even cancel the order. I called in thrice today but I din’t get any satisfactory answer. one of the representatives told me that YOU won’t be able to do anything. You’ll have to give us time to deliver the product.


WTF.  Now they are not even cancelling my order neither they are telling me the exact date of delivery. I told them to give me one date of delivery and none of three representatives did the same.
