I am writing this to help people save their time and hard earned money by NOT PURCHASING products with NAPTOL.
I had ordered for a roti maker which they send that too after much delay .when I opened the packet the product was broken the handle was completely broken when I called them they told me that some one would come to take it back .but no one came after calling many times ofter lot of repeated reminders after a month they took it back by that time I was very angry and asked to give my money back .every time I call there is a different person on line and they just tell you we shall process your request but till now not a valid step take they have not returned my money Friends Please do not shop with THIS FRAUD COMPANY .
IT’S TOTAL WASTE OF TIME .THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THE STAFF IS NOT HELPING YOU IN ANY WAY I MADE A MISTAKE IN DEALING WITH NAPTOL
