Naaptol has been selling item through demo on TV channels. It has a very aggressive marketing strategy. It provokes people for immediate order and customer comes in the trap of this fraudulent company. They assure gift with every purchase to trap the customers. In such a incident, I booked a roti maker for hassle free chapati cooking. But that all proved to be a bad dream.
The delivery was very prompt and supplier collect about 2000/- for the same with a gift of hot case. On using the roti maker I realize that it is not practically possible prepare roti but a loath of uncooked dough of wheat. It can only be used for heating chapatis or roasting papad. Once you have paid, you are helpless. On going through the local shops, I found that the machine is of utmost inferior quality, which does not worth even Rs. 500/-. the hot case was mere a plastic tumbler. I was heavily cheated. Contact number provided did not attend calls.
Since I have been cheated, I will advise not to purchase anything from Naaptol. Your money will be wasted for nothing.
