For name sake it is the #1 home shopping site

I’ve been naaptol’s customer since last 3 months and I’ve ordered some things from it when I was placing the order there was no multi language service only we should only talk in Hindi. Yes I know Hindi is over national language but in southern India every body doesn’t know Hindi. Over charge for every thing where is no value for money and it is not pocket friendly. And I’ve participated in the 9th B-Day sale and I’ve successfully revived 999rupees of naaptol cash but I am not being able to use that toataly threnting me.


Delivery timelines


Delivery will be on time it will reach you with in 48 hours. it is best for urgent needs. And it also charges 299rupees as shipping charge even top shopping site will not charge so much.


App& website

The is no customer friendly it shows only little options to choose compared to top shopping site. App is not completely developed and even you can’t order online. One can place the order only by calling.
