Received damaged package

Hello everyone,


I would like share my personal experience about naaptol.com


I have bought vegetable cutter to this website and I have paid for the product


We have mostly excepted to the product, but we have received damaged product and it seems like already someone used.


Hence we have contact the customer support and regarding damage issue, they have said to me we have sent good quality product and once we have sent the product, there is no option to return or refund.


I’m really not excepted, I have requested many times the repersentive but they not needful for me.


Now it is use and throw product in my home, since now the days most of the people’s trust for e-commerce site and hope any problem they have help .


But the naaptop providing bad service.


They have deliver the product more than ten days, but the website shows deliver the product 3-5 days.


That’s why I’m telling, please thing to place the orders good shopping market, I have trust the tv advertisement but they have fool me.
