I placed an order 2975393 for Rs.1498 to naaptol.com on 8 Dec 2011 for the purchase of one Frank Bellucci Stylish Leather Jacket of 46" size. Naaptol supplied me jacket after 18 days (26 Dec 2011) of the order that too after writing two emails to the customer care and one email to the CEO of naaptol.com. The quality of the Frank Bellucci Stylish Leather Jacket is very poor and also short in size. I ordered for jacket of 40"-46" chest size but cheater naaptol supplied me jacket of 40"-43" chest size.
Since naaptol.com does not show ordered product size detail on their order tracking page (screen shot of the order tracking page is attached for reference). From the attached screen shot you can imagine, how cheater naaptol.com is?
Customer care does not respond to ur queries if u have made the payment.
Below is my honest conclusion about naaptol.com:
Orders transparency: Almost Zero
customtakeouter care service: Poorest
Quality of products: Very Poor
Dispatch: Poor
Market reputation: Majority of the customtakeouters have rated naaptol.com as a cheater company.
Keeping in view the above said facts, I don’t think naaptol.com is a safer site for online shopping and one should try to stay away from such unfair business practice companies for a peace of mind.
