I had received a sms from naaptol regarding the sale of a vox fridge 40L at rs 4000.i was really excited that I could get a 40L fridge just for rs 4000.at that time I used to stay in hostel and I needed a mini fridge too.so I placed the order.after about 10 days the courier came to me with the parcel.i was stunned to see the parcel.it looked so small like a tiffin carrier.i received the parcel and on opening the parcel I was shocked.
It was a 4L fridge.it had nothing inside.when I tried to plug it I saw that the socket system was different.it was not fitting.it operated on dc.i was utterly disappointed and I gave a call to the customer care.they said me that that fridge was for use in car not in home.i asked them why hadnt they mentioned it earlier and why had they said wrong thing that the fridge is 40L but in reality its 4L.i said them to kindly take it back.they kept my call on hold and I kept on waiting for half an hour but no one responded.
Whenever I used to call them for the return of the product they used to keep my call on hold.they are such big cheaters.my 4000rs went in waste.never buy anything from them.
