Good in service, poor in delivery

I was overwhelmed by their advertisements in other sites and ordered a panasonic electric cooker on September 3. and I received my product on 15. I know one week delay for shipping is maximum interval for all online shopping sites but this took nearly 2 weeks for the product to deliver. Though the customer service was always in contact with me but they also couldn’t help me on time.


Happy that the product I received was good and working. They should really work on delivering the products on time .
