Getting defective peice

Hello friends, today I am going to tell my problem regarding getting defective price from naptol.


This is store which is online , also advertise on tv


Once we ordered a cannon all in one printer from naptol. Firstly it delivered too early but it scanner was defective . After filling complain, delivery man came to take broken scanner printer after lot of time. Then customer care of naptol tell with in 1 -2 week , we will get our printer back after exchanging but it takes 1 month to come, but this time printer was defective, it was not Working again we complain, this time we ask for return policy but they denied. And ultimately naptol people didn’t help us.


After asking to relative we went to canon office, we explain our problem, they listen u’s well and sout our problem .


Finally we get our good printer.
