Naptol.com has an advertisement on television wveryday during midnight and it offers different types of products in very cheap price . So, once I saw the advertisement there they were selling Reebok shoes at worth Rs-3500 at just Rs- 999 so I ordered them and to order the shoes I had to wait on a call for about half an hour as they were busy .
Then finally I ordered them , they told me that the shoes will be delivered within 7 days , and then the shoes arrived to me after 10 days and that to in a very bad packaging. When I opened the shoes the were crushed it was very bad and when for the sake of satisfaction when I went to the Reebok store to ask about the authenticity of the shoes so after seeing them they told me that they were fake and duplicate . I was shocked and returned home annoyed then called them and told them everything. First they were not returning it they said that the return policy is not valid on shoes and after a lot of forcing and fight they agreed to exchange them .
