Delivered me wrong product!!

Two years ago I had ordered a black colour iball pendrive of 4 gb from naptool but they delivered me wrong item.


I misplaced and lost one of my friend’s black iball pendrive which actually belonged to his father and so I wanted the same model pendrive and found it only on naptool so I ordered from them.


Placing the order was easy and the order arrived within 4 days with decent packing.


But they delivered me blue and white hp pendrive of 4gb. Then I just went through the markets and found iball pd in a local shop and gave it to my friend.


I was really annoyed with this incident and after that didn’t order from this website.But I agree the pendrive that they delivered was cute and I liked it so didn’t return them.They also give 5 to 10 percent of naptool points that we can use in next order. But they didn’t not deliver the right item so I didn’t take a chance of another order
