I brought a touch phone of blackberry and it was delivered to me late. afterwards, within seven days of its use, I found that the touch of it is not working. it said it has six months sellers warranty so I could not get it repaired in blackberry service center because for that you need manufacturers warranty. And the worst part of it came when I called them to get it repaired, they said that their warranty did not include touch and any manufacturing defect of the company and I was helpless. actually was about to file a case before consumers court, but later dropped the idea because of some work problems. however, I lost lot of money on it. the phone was blackberry storm 9530 and the order no. was 1774772.
Moreover, after opening of the product I didnt get the Blackberry ear-phone, instead it was of Motorola companys ear-phone.
