90% bad reviews and only 10% good or okay

I was planning to order multiple items via naaptol but thank god, it clicked on my mind to check in mothshut about the reviews…

I found that many of you have registered/mentioned your grievance against naaptol and to my shock…I found that owner/website officer(whatever) of naaptol.com have not even bothered to reply on any of the customer’s comments. Shame on naaptol.com.

Contrary, I have found letsbuy.com, flipkart.com atleast bothers to reply to the customer comments in mouthshut.com. So I guess it’s a BIG NO-NO to buy anything from naaptol. It should be closed.

I have found flipkart a truly reliable and efficient . I have ordered a 8 GB Pendrive and a a Nikon 3100 camera and got it well on time.
