I ordered an I ball andi 3.5i mobile from naaptol . the product has a complaint at its charging phone and it looks like a second hand phone . I contacted naaptol to refund my money back and that I will send the phone on my own cash back to them. but they are forcing me to give that crap phone to some service centers by myself and to repair it. there arent any iball services centers here in my city or near by.
And I told them to refund my money back. They havent given any response
