1.No efficient a customer care service2. Poor quality of products3. Double prices than other well known online sites4. There is no proper complaint cell in Naaptol/ if the customer support couldn’t resolve the complaint number of higher authorities in not given for compliant/even customer support team do not transfer the call to any higher authorities. If customer wants to speak/ complaint there should be provision to talk to higher authorities.5. No details of tracking order or currier service details ( address/ telephone number) will be given to customer for any order6. No provision of refund in form of money, which is violation to their own terms given in refund policy section. The refund will be given in the form of gift coupons compelling customer to shop again from Naaptol and hence waste money and time of costumer.Such site should be immediately banned or make people aware through forums that they should not go for such a fraud website.
