Horrible Experience [ ongoing[

I am having a horrible time with my order.


3615796Netgear DGND3700 N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit ADSL 2+ Modem RouterMarch 13, 12Debit Card / Net Banking(DirecPay)9999. Order Verified


I placed the order on 13th march 2012. They have not shipped it till date. The customer support is


just absent. The calls are in queue for 30 mins. The executives are plain unhelpful. On 2 occasion, last week they said that the product has been shipped. And on later calls just say that it has been verified. The cancellation procedure is not clearly worked out. They do not know that.


Now, I just need my money back.
