I bought Rudraksh 3D T-shirt of XL size, the tag was also of XL but that size is not even equal to L size, very tight for me. Normally I have been ordering XL from various companies online and I have done this on Naaptol also and got it perfect but this time the size was short even after the tag was XL.
I filed complaint, someone called me stating that they will take my T-shirt back and given me bigger size, I called again in customer service that please let me know when and how do I send the T-shirt back and here is the shock, the customer service person said "I am sorry we cannot take it back because our senior is not allowing me to accept the return and revise"
I rate this site poorest in service and customer response and I am going to go ahead and file complaint in Indian Consumer Court, will drag them to court for such a misbehave and incorrect information to the customer.
