Trust is what you should gain of the customers!!!!

I got an order for a blackberry storm and got it deliverer on 29th of march. Same day, when I opened, I didnt find the 2gb sd card which was promised. Then when I tried to switch on the phone, its turned on perfectly with some battery level.normally, when we buy a phone, there’s no battery charged in it and we need to charge it for 24hrs for the first. this meant that phone was used.


next was the battery response, on the stand by mode, the charge remained till a day but when I used for receiving 3calls and sending msgs, the battery drained in 4 hours! How am I supposed to trust on such phone when I take it out?


Secondly, when I inserted my vodaphone sim which I used to use in my old phone till date, the connectivity in the blackberry storm was missing almost all the time. I went out in the market, even then there was no connectivity. Sometimes, by luck bb caught some connection. so anyone tried to call me, the response they got was either switched off or out of range!


Third, the mic of the phone is horrible. Whomever I by luck managed to call, could hear my voice as if I was whispering. I thought due to bb catching less connection but no, I called myself from another phone as realised that that the mic of the phone is defective.


Third, the camera. When I used to zoom in and out in quick speeds, it hangs on the very first day.


Fourth, the processor is damn slow, the phone screen hangs, the flip of screen gets stuck! I dont know what will happen when I on the bb applications which I didnt yet tried.


Fifth, the paint of the phone is coming out!


Can someone tell me, if a NEW PHONE DOESN’T HAVE CONNECTIVITY, BATTERY DRAINS, PROCESSOR SLOW, PEOPLE CALLING YOU CANT HEAR U COZ OF MIC PROBLEM, HANGS IN BETWEEN THEN HOW DO YOU CALL IT A NEW PHONE! that too when I asked through a mail in here after viewing the responses .u can have a look in this: https://mouthshut.com/review/Naaptol-com-review-nllrtoltuq.


My order no 3704117 and I got delivery on 29th of march, and on the were same day I complained .complain no:2683475. I was said that I will receive a call with 48hrs which I haven’t yet. And if a new phone is this that too when I YOU GUYS ASSURED ME IN MY LAST MAIL, I have no trust on NAAPTOL. I DONT WANT REPLACEMENT.I WANT REFUND. Coz if this the BRAND NEW PHONE WHICH NEEDS TO BE CURED ON THE VERY FIRST DAY, then the whole six months I will have to run after you guys to get fixed every now and then . and what after the 6 months get over, this will be in another junkyard on its 7th month. And I need a phone which serves me for 3 years at least.


So I want my REFUND as soon as possible.
