Naaptol- not a good experience to share

Recently, I bought a product from naaptol by the name multi seat massager for car & home after seeing its ad on TV.


it worked fine for around 10 days and after that it stopped functioning.


I raised the compalint and it was replaced within 15 days.


the point which I want to make here is that they over hype their product in TV promotions to make the product look attractive to the customers but when the actual product reaches to customer’s hand it does not carry the same look and feel.


though I would like to appreciate the fact that their service team is exceptionally well in terms of response and resolving complaints.


Hope they will improve their sales strategy.
