Hey naaptol, are you there?

I recently ordered for one brief for rs 90/- in naaptol with order no 4923450 dated 13-09-2012.but till to date no shipping has been done by them.only one remark, order verified.hey naaptol what are you verified for a singly inner wear. How much time to be taken to deliver my product. If you are not satisfied the customer u just refund the amount. Unless don’t cheat online buyers because innocent online buyer depend on reviews and tv adds just have belief on you. But.already 9 days over. When will you deliver my item.its not a matter of a single inner wear of just 90.its a challenge to the online shopping site to deliver the customer need in a right way and right time.


Even it is a hand kerchief for rs 20/- you have to deliver the item at right time..its not a matter of cost. Its the matter of reputation of your online store.mind it. Atleast now you can deliver my product as early as possible. Otherwise you just refund it. Don’t cheat prepaid online buyers.try to improve quality and timeline etc. Other wise naaptol and like other online stores never reach top position in the country.
