I had ordered shoes from this site but it didn’t fit well so I decided to return it and order another shoes which is bigger than that. I contacted them and placed my return order. They said they will send a person within one week and will pick up my product from my home. I waited but no one came to pick up. So I called them again. And again they said wait for one week. And again no action was taken to pick up the product. I tried many times for returning the product but no one helped me. At last I had to keep that product. From then I never ordered anything from naaptol.
