I saw an ad of a mobile phone on the televison, they were selling a smartphone and describing the feature and all.They have collaboration with the naaptol.com for the delievery of product.So I ordered a smatphone.
First I got the phone late and when I got it , it was looking like a toy .Very low standard plastic and material had used to built the phone .Touch of the the phone was hard and only simple basic apps are there .
Internet of the phone was poor such as wifi and data packs.I got frustrated and mail them to return the product , there was no answer for the other side.
I tried many times but got no benifit , they said call on the tollfree number of our main office.I called there and returned the product , but after some days later they send back the product , I was hoping for my money.But at last I used that phone for 2 months and after that buy new iphone and stop using that low standard phone.
I would not recommend to purchce any expensive item from naaptol.com.
