Slower than a snail

It has been quite a few days for me since I have not shared any review with all of you over this platform.


However, today, I would love to share an experience of mine which I had last week while mistakenly I decided to order a bed sheet from Naaptol.com.


Well, I am yet to receive my order and since it is my first order with Naaptol.com which obviously turned out to be the last one now. I have been calling to get the real time status on this, however, I am quite surprised that the customer care executives do not even know how to answer a call to the customers.


Well, I have tried calling a few times and got multiple statuses every time even after a couple of minutes. First, they are not bothered to pick your call up and if unfortunately, they do, then they have nothing at all rather than the rare excuses like the delivery executive met with an accident and could not deliver the order and that happened thrice a week that all of their delivery executive  met with accidents. I am quite shocked to know that my order has turned to be a death  angel for  all of them LOL:)
