I don’t want to comment on nandini skimmed milk but as a whole on nandini’s products.
As I m staying in bangalore, it s been an year, I m purchasing milk of nandini with fat as well as fat free also i.e pack in orange colour and blue colour. But when for the first time, I purchased nandini milk, I was shocked to hear from shopkeeper that they want 50 paise more on every half kg pack than MRP. He told me that now the price has increased, and the packets they r providing are old ones so that’s why they are charging more.
Now its been more than one year still the packets are same and now shopkeepers are taking 1 rupee extra on every half kg pack of milk as well as curd. At the same time nandini’s own outlets are giving on MRP.
I am staying in Kodigehalli, two shops are just in front of my apartments both of them take one rupee more than MRP. When asked to them abt this, the reason they gave was that its an handling charges fixed by nandini.
Shopkeepers have stopped keeping half kg pack of nandini’s curd as they provide 200 gm pack and take 50 ps more on each pack.
Till the time it was happening with nandini was still ok but now shopkeepers are taking extra on every company’s dairy products eg. tirumala etc.
R THESE COMPANIES ONLY CONCENTRATING ON PRODUCTION, DO THEY HAVE ANY MARKETING DEPTS OR CUSTOMER CARE DEPTS?
