My name is Yuvraj .This is regarding to My father Regulat visit to Narayana Hrudalaya E-city Blore,

He was in the room no 28 for his Blood test and there were few ladies, very very irresponsible and careless, its just that they treat patient as Below poverty level and trust me I was there with my dad. We are from Middle class family and any thing you ask the staff they deny to explain and especially I wanted to complain on all the ladies who were there on 10th November in room 28, as they were giggling and laughing and talking if I was the owner I would fire all of them and start a training session for the staff to qualify in handling the patients, trust me doctors are very helpful.
My dad wanted to switch over the hospital and I have convinced him informing that I will write a complaint having hope that it will be taken care and we will receive official apology letter on his behavior of the staff.
