narayana_health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Doctors are very cooperative in Narayana Hrudayalaya. But staff are horrible in 2nd floor General ward. They just come to hospital for time passing.
Management has to train them otherwise they will loose the hospital reputation. I am still wondering NH has very good Doctors, but why staffs are like that.
