INHUMAN DOCTORS. FULLY COMMERCIALIZED HOSPITAL

We had the worst experience at this Hospital, Narayana Hrudalaya(Bomasandra). My mother is a patient of so-called "Dr Pradeep Shettey" for 3 yrs. This time my father had a major heart attack in Australia and had to go through open heart surgery in Melbourne post which they came back to Bangalore in Dec. I booked executive appointments for both mom & dad(each of which cost INR1400 with the stupid Axis Bank benefit card, which, by the way, the cashier said that we HAVE to take it and we had to pay for it). Pradeep Shetty’s reaction to my dad’s operation at Melbourne Hospital was really shocking, he mocked Melbourne hospital saying " it’s not a big deal, all such surgeries can be done in this hospital as well". He kept comparing NH with Melbourne hospital which was ridiculous!. Not only that, my brother has been leaving in Australia since 12 years now and it is obvious that he will have some Australian accent while speaking, Dr Pradeep Shetty made issue with that also and said he can understand Hindi also and forced my brother to talk in Hindi! what kind on Doctor does that?! we didn’t book an appointment to "COMPARE" NH and Melbourne hospital! the only conclusion we could arrive at after such an insulting and arrogant treatment from Pradeep Shetty is that my dad COMMITTED a BIG SIN by HAVING a HEART ATTACK in AUSTRALIA and not IN BANGALORE and 2nd SIN COMMITTED is HE had to UNDERGO OPEN HEART SURGERY in MELBOURNE HOSPITAL rather than in NH. After such inhuman behaviour from Pradeep Shetty, he SERIOUSLY doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor. He is old and lost all his mind as well as humanity. He should be punished for such behaviour towards his patients. We will forgive him for treating my parents badly.
