Sincere employees recently joined are harassed to quit jobs by senior staff in the office. Such seniors are involved in unhealthy politics, though, Dr. Bhujang Shetty has written a good book called ’The Power of Love’. The Seniors at this institution would do better if they practised the Doctor’s Philosophy.
This would enable the junior staff for a friendly environment and removal of disgusting group politics. It would be so much kind of the Doctor to hold classes particularly for the senior staff on work-place ethics.
Harassment is a dangerous life-hazard.
