I visited Narnaul for a training session. This was my first visit to this town and I was a bit apprehensive. But eventually it turned out to be a good trip.
Narnaul is approx 150km from Delhi and is now in NCR(National Capital Region). Narnaul is located in Mohindergarh district of Haryana. The road connection is very good and there are lots of Haryana and Rajasthan Roadways buses plying on this route. These buses take approx 3.5 hours from Delhi to Narnaul.
The town is small but has some tourist attractions like Jal Mahal, Dhosi Hill, Chor Gumbad, Birbal ka chatta etc. During my stay, I was surprised to see some foreign tourists visiting this historical town. There are some decent hotels to stay but these are not star/luxurious hotels. I stayed at a hotel by name of Hotel Narula - which is a small, cheap and decent hotel near bus stand.
I have attached some photographs also - which will give you a idea about the city. The city has some good sweet shops also.
Overall Narnaul still has a small town charm.
