I had tooth ache and visited Narayana Hrudayala dental clinic, whitefield branch recently. The aesthetics of the hospital were very good. Dr Niranjana started treatment for me. First she suggested me to take an x-ray to diagnose the problem. She was so unskilled that she was unable to take the x-ray properly and it gave me a lot of pain when she placed the film behind my teeth.
After x-ray, she suggested me that I have to go for RCT(Root canal treatment). A couple of days later she started RCT. Before starting RCT she gave me an injection for sedation. It was so painful that I never felt so much pain while taking the injection in my previous dental treatments. She also doesn’t know how much dosage should be given. The pain caused by the injection was much severe than the actual tooth ache.
In my next visit Dr. Rupesh treated me. Thank god that I didn’t have to bear the pain of Dr. Niranjana’s(ill)treatment for the second time. Dr. Rupesh took my x-ray again. Treatment of Dr. Rupesh was very pleasant and I didn’t have any pain while taking x-ray or during sedation or during the rest of the treatment.
I wonder how such prestigious hospitals give such unpleasant treatment(like the one I received from Dr. Niranjana) to the patients and deploy unprofessional and under skilled doctors despite charging highly.
I am writing this review so that people know the background and expertise of the couple of doctors I dealt with. Hope this review will be helpful to the future patients of Narayana Hrudayalaya Dental clinic, Whitefield branch.
