Why I opened My Account?
When I joined my first company, they opened my Salary Account in this bank. Withing 10 days of opening the account and applying for other services, they activated my phone banking and internet banking services along with providing ATM card.
My Experience
Over the past 5 years of regular used, I have faced issue with the password of internet banking 2-3 times but the professionals of the bank has always helped me in the best manner. Even they regularly call to ask about the services experience or any other need related to any other type of account, loan etc.
Even the branches of this bank remains well clean and managed, having proper desks for money withdrawal, money deposit, help desk etc,
The National federation bank has its branches in several parts of the country, hence I have never faced any issue in withdrawing the amount. Even the bank regularly runs special discount and cash back offers in association with various online shopping portals and market based stored for the customers, which I like very much.
