Money mongers

You must have seen those money hungry hospitals in movies that don’t care about the patients, well they are real. The hospital is all fancy and well equipped but the treatment is very costly and poor.

My grandmother was admitted there, her life was not in danger and they did not diagnose her but shifted her to Critical care unit(CCU) for no reason. They kept her there for one day. When we questioned the need to put her in there, they shifted her to a lower critical unit, which again was not necessary. They charged us at CCU rate for the next day as well.

The medical shop sells medicines at rates higher than normal. My grandmother did not recover even a bit for the time she was there instead her condition deteriorated even further.

They could not diagnose her disease for 5 days and then we decided to take her to another hospital.

If you have money to spare, only then you must take your patient there.

There’s a saying which goes perfectly with this hospital: " Naam bade aur darshan chote".
