I just finished my Post Graduation from National Institute of Technology Rourkela and I must say that my personal experience with this college was quite good.
As we all know area wise it’s India’s second largest college with approximately 1100 acre of area. Infrastructure wise also it’s second to none.
I like the infrastructure, teaching level, their labs, library, hard working teachers and students, night canteens, students activities all day long whether it’s academic, sports, cultural activities etc.
But there are some things I personally don’t about college rules like every semester you have to purchase some 2000 Rs. books whether like it or not, most of the time you will see working labors because it’s a huge area so it’s obvious, but as it’s in name TECHNOLOGY, you will hardly see any technology outside academic area like in residential area, hostel area etc.
I think everybody who have faith on their hard work they should join the college.
