Poor service

The national insurance company provide poor service. I applied insurance for our family members. last month one of family member admit to hospital for maternity. I request to apply for cash less treatment. I got response like hold for policy confirmation. I ringed to national insurance company. the staff told me will claim later. Then I submit all document as per mentioned in claim document. Finally said, you are not eligible for this claim. they made foolish to me. so please don’t prefer this company.
