We purchased brand new Toyota innova 2.5 last year including the insurance from National Insurance Company.After 3 months our Innova met with an major accident , luckly people inside the car was safe.We called the nearest Toyota showroom to pick our car.The response from Toyota showroom was good but here comes the trurth of National Insurance Company.After the inspection the car goes for the repair and it took around another 2month to get it done .The car was ready after 3 months and Toyota showroom asked the insurance company to check and claim for reimbursement.
This is not over yet.the main problems starts now as their was two surveyors from insurance company and both asked us to pay 20k such that they can pass the survey to head insurance branch.
We called the customer support and told the same as both your surveyors asking money.
After that those two surveyor from insurance company asked to pay 40k each as we complaint about them other wise they will not send the survey to head branch.
We left unhelpful and have to pay the 40k to each surveyor to pass the survey to head branch.
Even after paying the amount the whole process took another 2 months to get it reimburse.
This company is full of corruption and everyone asking money at each step to pass the documents to head branch.
I recommend please don't buy the insurance from national insurance company as they will cheat with you and always ask you the money at even small claims.
