These have street urchins lurking in the bus stop. Passengers who have not planned the journey or have missed the buses are primary targets. They make you believe that charges are fare. They take you out side the bus stop. They purposely stop you before you board the bus for a check. They make you buy the ticket.
Once you do that they just ignore you. When you enter the bus you find it totally dingy, dirty and garage fit.
In my case it was filled with smell of filth. Some one had defecated in the bus! probably that is what it was fit for. The cleaner and driver did not bother to clean till 100KMs.
