No complaints about the quality of ice creams and milkshakes served. Undoubtedly it’s of premium quality, that’s why Naturals, as a franchise is unbeatable, at least in Mumbai.
But this review is categorically about the Mira Road branch. I have been frequenting Naturals(Mira Road) for almost 10 years now. I love their ice creams but the attitude of the owner is crass. Mira Road has only one branch of Naturals and hence we are sort of helpless and have to bear with this arrogant and insensitive man.
Being an absolute ice cream lover, I visit Naturals frequently. Not once has the man been polite. I have seen him yell and scream at customers, generally men. I have seen him throw angry stares at kids, sometimes he even screams at them. With the ladies, I can see, he tries very hard to be civil but fails miserably. With his staff, he is an absolute monster.
During the end of the day, Naturals is as dirty as a railway station platform. Instead of focusing on hygiene and management, he is seen cursing and yelling at the staff and customers, alike. Sharp at 12am, he literally and very rudely asks the customers to get out. God forbid, you need something as trivial as a tissue he will pounce on you, like you have asked him for his life. A man is not valued for his wealth and success, in my opinion. His true worth is revealed by his character. Sorry to say Sir, here, you have failed.
