We went to Naturals for my daughter’s haircut at 158/2 Madambakkam main road, Madambakkam, Chennai.
The service was very poor right from the time we entered. First it took sometime to identify who is going to cut the hair because nobody is ready to take it.
We entered at 4.30 and came out at 6.00. When my daughter asked to use the toilet, they acted as such they didn’t heard her. They don’t even have courtesy to show her the rest room.
The person who cut the hair is inexperienced and she is giving all kind of explanation for her mistake.
Finally we came out with uneven hair cut after 3 attempts. Worst service ever.
Wasted 1 1/2 hour for uneven haircut.
