I have been visiting the Adyar Naturals for almost 2 years and have seen a Ok service. The facility looks clean. What they have failed to invest on is right set of people. Both the hair dressing staff & managers.
Today the guy who cut my hair chipped a piece of my ear also & I was bleeding. Since I have never seen such a thing even in a small road side shop, I assume, this guy was taking his training at my expense. The worst thing is the manager, who instead of taking a first aid box & atleast pretend to take care of the injury was talking about not charging me.
Friend be careful if you visit them next. You might not be in safe hands.
