Having visited many beauty parlours for ladies in chennai - both branded and unbranded i make this review in an unbiased manner abt the womens’ section of "naturals".
Attractions in "naturals" parlour:
1) good name as it sounds that they will make us naturally beautiful. Nice logo.
2) parlour infra like room, chairs etc looks like that of a top parlour.
3) price is exorbitant - compare it even wid branded parlours (people tend to think that if price is sky high service too will be of high level)
4) the parlour staff will try to force the moist expensive product on you and talk in a sweet way. E.g for hair spa if u want to go for a 800rs pck of loreal, they wud insist too much that u go for 2k product that can work a miracle on you. If u say that u have been coming here for more than 4 times, they will tell u that after another two times u will see the change. After another two times they will insist that you buy their product and take home and use it , only then you will see the difference. Even after that u don’t have any result but only negative result, they will recommend another treatment for restoration.
I do not recommend this place coz :
1)beauticans here know nothing abt beauty- they are there to sell expnsive treaments to customers so that they can get their incentives.
2) your natural beauty can get spoiled as they use harsh products and do not hv any understanding of beauty concepts or products.they r there only to force expensive beauty products on us.
3)me visited their different parlours in various locations over the last 3 yrs and everywhere its the same. (donno how!)
An unbranded parlour near your house is worth a try than going to "naturals". If u don’t believe please visit any of thier parlours and ask basic ques. To the beauticians over there. They know zilch about beauty and sometimes reply in the reverse way.
For e.g i told the beautician " my hair has become thin after the hair spa u gave now" . Beautician replies " good only no madam, thin hair is actually good as it makes hair soft and easy to manage, look ur hair will fly now in air, nice no. " i was awestruck. On further probing, she says she undergoes training in "naturals" academy frequently and whatver she does is as per "naturals" standards.this lady has 13 years of experience as a beautician!!!
The beauticians seem to have a daily target of sales and push imported products on us - customers. The way they apply the treatment is also pathetic. When the beautician did the hair spa for me, she brushed my hair so rashly that my hair got reduced after the treatment and also became dull and lifeless (already i hv dry hair, on top of it her shampoo made it even worse).
These beauticians willl talk highly of the parlour as they r kept happy by the parlour by providing freebies and incentives. Whats surprising is they hv a training academy where they r supposed to be trained in "naturals" unique ways of beautification!! ??
I am taking time to write this review only bcoz:
1) do not waste your natural beauty here. If beauticians do a bad job it will reflect on your looks and may even become permanently damaged.
2) very expensive - this will mislead many customers who do not hv any idea about beauty , that d more costly it is the more better the quality - but sorry not here - they are fooling us and just a waste.
3) I haven’t seen a worst chain till now. This was started by one ms. Veena. I want to write to her but the site does not have any email.( u can tell me if you know) i want to tell her to please go and learn something abt beautification before venturing into this business or maybe she is into this only for minting money literally!! Seems to be a pure business woman- please stop spoiling people’s health madam !! They market well and spend lot of money on parlour looks, advertisements etc. No quality!!!!!!!!!!!
4) many customers who come are innocent about beautification and chain shops like these fleece money without delivering value for money.
Lastly please do not get carried away by ads and hype.......u may be loosing ur natural beauty and worse end up paying for it literally!!!
