About two week ago we made a purchase worth Rs. 400/- and above from Godrej Natures Basket, Andheri Branch and no loyality points were credited to my wallet as per on going scheme.Informed staff on duty who agreed but nothing yet has been done.This is the third time it is happening.
Also it seems there is a shortage of inhouse staff because when ever you ring up to place your order, you are kept waiting for long- no one to pick up the phone.Home delivery too is delayed-takes 31/2 to 4 hours.Plastic bags are charged extra. Seems there are insufficient nylon zipper carry bags of their own to go around.
All this delay only wastes the customers precious time and money. Why? I have been their customer since many years.
Loyality points can only be redeemed when it reaches a total of 400 points which equals free purchase of goods worth Rs100/-from Nature Basket only and it comes with a short time limit.Further more it requires the customer to go personally to the store with the registered phone/phone number for them to identify. Why these loyality points cannot be redeemed from home?This is not a reward, but unnecessary expenditure upon the customer.Had made a request earlier to make things more convenient and practical, but no changes have been made.
They have moved to a new, bigger area, O.K. but services too have to be better as well.
